First pcgs submission
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share one of the coins from my first pcgs submission.
1936 5c ms64 fs102
Just out of curiosity, what is the best way you find to evaluate a varieties potential value? Pop report has a low quantity but i suspect thats only because it was a fairly recent addition.

It is most visible in the word liberty for fs102. Charactaristics are extra thickness and slight distortion. This is a class 6 doubled die. Class 6 is indicated by the extra thickness coupled with sloping of the horizontal portions of the design elements towards the rim. (The L and the E are the most obvious on this die variety)
Yes , I see that now, thanks and keep posting here

Class 6 DD are not real popular in general. But if it's a low pop coin and it's in the Variety/Registry set it will likely do well up until the point where all the players have an example.
I very recently found four examples each of two different Pop 1 varieties. But you can bet I will be getting them graded one at a time so as to maximize value.
