Submission Question

Hi, I have a T202 Hassan card (oversized) where the PSA holder has gotten significantly scratched. QUESTION: Can I use one of my 15 gradings that came along with my recent club membership renewal to get the card placed in another holder? I am not asking for the card to be re-graded.

If so, does it have to be on a separate grading submission form that would accompany my other 14 cards submitted? Thanks.

Pretty sure that all 15 gradings have to be under the same service. You might have to send it for a reholder on a separate submission form. I would contact customer service and see if its possible for the reholder to get taken care of then shipped back with your 15 cards. You would think replacing one slab shouldn't take that long.

You can even use your membership submissions for reviews if you so choose so you definitely can send for a re-holder, but the cost is less for a re-holder anyway so I would send the regular re-holder service price personally.

If you want to send multiple different types of submissions as your membership submission you just have to pay separate shipping back. So make the orders fill out your 1-14 cards and then make the 2nd order using the remaining. I have even used 2 of them before 10 months after the other 13.

I exchanged a few emails with one of PSA's sales reps about a month ago and he told me i had to use all 15 on one service and that i couldn't split them up. i wanted to submit five 5x7 Nike Poster cards and 10 standard sized cards and he said i could do one or the other but not both. Have you broken up your 15 for two card sizes before?

The software online lets you submit 10 and then submit 5 using the same code. If you were inquiring about the same order shipping back, it would be a no. I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that as long as you paid separate shipping then they will take the split order. I have literally done one 10 months later to finish my free 15 and I don't understand how I could have unless it was acceptable, but you do raise a question since support said differently. Anyone else have an example to give of recent?

secretstash is correct. You will however have to use the old sub forms like the .pdf where you print it at home instead of the newer on-line one since their price-calculating software doesn't work with splitting your voucher. Also, you have to sub each of your separate portions of your 15-free in the same package to them instead of splitting it over time.

To add, I reviewed my account and I have done it twice total myself. I can only confirm it was possible 6 months ago as that was my last attempt.

This is great,I planned on using printed sub forms anyways. So i'll just use the sub code on both? Should i make a note on each saying i sent 10 & 5 with each having their own return shipping?

I just checked the CC Join page and the restrictions say its for standard card gradings and no T3's. Not sure what a T3 is? Would a 5x7 be considered a T3?

I believe I was steered to the form old version too and used it once, but I am curious if you have tried to get to the online submission page with anything less than 15 cards using a voucher? I have and it worked. I still think it would if you can get to the payment page with less than 15 where they show you the shipping charge. I would just submit the orders back to back and ship. If the online submission has changed really recently this may not apply, but if I had an active code I would give it a whirl...

I just re-read the emails from the sales rep and this is what he said about my oversized cards: "We actually wont allow you to submit over-sized cards with your free vouchers. You would need to submit those separately using the $18 regular service level."
I'm not gonna chance it and have something go wrong. I'll just sub 15 cards and sub the poster cards separately. Thanks for the tips on splitting up the 15 though. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
