Looking for info on this Fujizakura Memorial Park medal/commemorative (?)

I found this "medal" the other day in a large collection and am having a tough time finding any information about it. Google searches bring up precious little leaving me to believe that if I could read Japanese I may learn a little bit more about it. Can anyone hear tell me anything about this medal? Or even the date it was "minted" and if possible tell me what it commemorates, if indeed it commemorates anything?
Thanks in advance!
Dave

The park is a nature reserve/cemetery with a very large number of cherry trees. It is near Mt. Fuji and Tokyo and attracts many tourists. The medal is probably a souvenir item.

    All glory is fleeting.
