    Most of his stuff looks like it is still factory sealed, so it looks ok to me. Havent heard of people resealing factory sealed boxes, at least yet

    I got hit with a re-wrap one blaster box (from a lot of 10) from Steel City, they replaced it. Just make sure that the wrap has the company logo on it.
