    someone mentioned when the next one comes, activate it. you don't have to buy anything. If it appears their messaging is getting to you, they will continue to send your way. For the record, I never used to get these. Then I activated one that was sent to all ebay members back in Feb 2017 I think. After that, I have received every ebay bucks bonus offer/promo and continue to activate each, though I don't buy something each time. Not sure if that helps...
