Found these 2 star notes recently. what say the hive? Spenders or worth more than face? Does the $1 have a repeater serial?

Thanks. I'll hang onto the $1 note as I like the serial # and will release the $100 into the wild. Was kinda neat finally finding a star note with a low print run, albeit in circulated condition.
