OT: Any Forum Members Have 2 x Openings in a Solid FFL?

My cousin (not a sports card collector) and I are both looking to join a solid FFL. We are looking for a league with competitive players (no one who fails to chain line ups for weeks), has a buy in at 100 bucks or less, has PPR scoring rules, 14 or less teams, and is on either Yahoo, ESPN, NFL.com, or cbssports.com.
