It was listed as 180-192 and as "Commodus Augustus". I cannot independently vouch for any of that and best pictures I have.

Presumably a denarius (dime-sized silver coin). The inscription indeed says Commodus (Commodus Antoninus Aug[ustus]). Antoninus was the family name. 'Aug' is abbreviated on coin and not easy to read here.
Commodus was the son of Marcus Aurelius (died 180AD) one of the greatest emperors. The Empire had suffered a bit towards the end of the reign of Marcus (plague and invasions), but Commodus was a complete screw up, possibly insane. Eventually assassinated in 192 AD.
Somebody will have to help with the Godess and inscription on the reverse.
Seems oddly common.
It is Commodus, reverse is Liberalitas. Its a bit of a common type.
Worth about $50-%60.
Dunno whats going on with the obverse at 2 o clock? Is it just a dork tone spot?
