Any Idea What This Coin Is?! Help!

I was looking for some help identifying the following coin with a cross on the front and three building or a castle on the reverse.

    Rev: CIVITAS TRIPOLIS SVRIE

    Presumably, the Crusader state of Tripoli. However, I do not know anything about the series, especially whether or not this coin is authentic.
