Does that card exist with 50-50 centering? Has anybody ever seen one perfectly centered?

plenty of psa 9s and 10 on ebay
I have never seen one, and I'm convinced they don't exist. Even marginally centered copied that are within PSA 10 centering standards are few and far between. That's why the first few PSA 10s that sold on eBay went for $300+
