PSA grade - Mark or Stain, what do you think?

Will I get a MK or ST qualifier on this card or do you think this does not look like a qualifier ?

    Is that a 66 back?

    No qualifier IMO

    -Collecting anything vintage

    I would agree - IMO - no qualifier.

    It's a very small print mark and on the back of the card.

    I agree with Mike that it looks more like a print mark. If it got a qualifier, it would probably be a "PD". But I also agree with the consensus above that it will not receive a Qualifier. GOOD LUCK!
