Anyone with recent experience getting 98 Flair Showcase FB graded?

I've got a handful of Manning Flair Showcase rookies, and all have some random flakes of foil on the backs. Do these seem to have an impact on grade and if so, how much?
I was able to find PSA 10 examples on Ebay with various degrees of this same flaw. For example -
The foil flecks are around the TD and TD % numbers.
