The 632 coil was written by my friends grandfather who collected over 20 binders of stamps. I'm assuming he must have known a lot. If his grandfather Labled it correctly and there are only coils in single stamps either vertically or horizontally... Would that mean his grandfather could have meant coil waste ?

As valuable as dog waste, I think.
All I'm seeing are uncentered, heavily canceled, improperly perforated, common used stamps.
That is the lower part of a relatively common booklet pane of six (Scott #632a).
Thank you
Looks like part of a booklet pane. What do you think Dan? I'm posting on the coin forum and too much trouble to check.
