1962 Cello Box

I might have missed it but I haven't seen anyone mention the 62 cello box that BBCE had at the national. Does anyone know who might have bought it?

-Baseball Card Exchange, which sold seven boxes from an original case of 1986-87 Fleer and a full case of 1987-88 Fleer, also sold a 1962 Topps cello box. The asking price was $100,000.

    That's a good question Jim.

    Didn't even think about it.

I only focused on Just Collect buying boxes of 86F for a public rip that never materialized.

It was purchased by an AH who intends to sit on it for a while. I did not ask which AH. It was originally brought to Steve by 2 other dealers at the show who were set up in back. From Iowa I think. They had a connection to an antiques dealer who bought out a mom n pop. Californiacards --Barry--introduced me to them. Barry is that the correct story?
