Quick Question on the PSA Inner Sleeve Slab

Seem to be having trouble posting a link. Anyway, was wondering about the 'inner sleeve' slabs you see on Bazookas and other hand cut stuff. Would that double/single line going along the sides of the Bender be considered normal? Was curious because I had a Bazooka Mays that had the 'line' if you looked at it right.
