I am looking for a an Indian Head Cent and I don't see it in a registry.
I'd like to know who owns it so I can put in offer.

Good luck with that! Do you have the certifcation numbers to see if there were any recent sales/auctions which might help you track these down?

Well, since these are PCGS TrueView images it is easy enough to find the cert number that each coin belongs to and then when running these cert numbers one of the coins (the 1908) shows up as in a registry set with the set name attached to it. Clicking on the set name shows that the set owner accepts email from other folks. Simply email the set owner to attempt to obtain one of these coins.
