Okay point here:
I list an item for sale.
I get a message from an eBay buyer/seller. Unasked for.
I respond with an answer proving items like this sell.
You can read his responses.

I don't get what you are trying to point out.
point added, why even message me.
I feel bad for that guy. The one I saw licking the window on the bus.
eBay certainly has its share of weirdos.
Now he can say on his resume that he was a business consultant.
Strange. I don't see what he was attempting to gain from this interaction. After this, he doesn't really expect you to work with him on a price that meets his expectations, does he?
WTF?
Some people think that eBay is like a coin forum.
He must be getting higher quality at a discount. Ask him his source.

????
The question for the OP is why bother to respond?
And some people mistake a coin forum as eBay...

I've gotten similar emails. I'm not sure why anyone has time to make random comments about items they aren't interested in.
I once had someone email me about a damaged though otherwise expensive stamp (50 cent Trans-Mississippi). His original statement was that such an item was not collectible and I should not sell it. I responded that he need not buy it and that some people liked to fill a hole for a couple bucks when a sound copy would be a couple hundred. He responded that I was morally questionable for enticing someone to waste their money. I stopped answering.
One other person once emailed me to tell me that I must be a crook because my 100 ounce silver bars were too cheap relative to other eBay listings. [Keep in mind, I have perfect feedback with over 20,000 ratings.] I told them I got them cheap and silver had moved up, but he just reiterated his suspicions of me. LOL.
Please don't waste my time w rants about eBay if u don't like the item don't buy it. Weird email just delete.
I run in to all kinda goofballs both online and at shows - just deselect.....
I've had the occasional weirdo send me an unsolicited comments like that. I should block them if they do - half the time they probably bidding and would be nothing but trouble.
