If so, what do you collect and why?

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

I do but not even close to the extent of cards. I just grabbed the new photo thats my new avatar. It's the same image but I grabbed an auto'd copy. For me it's been so far just Sabres and as for why it's going to be eye candy for the man cave.

I used to go for boxing autos TTM.
Rex Layne, Tunny Hunsaker are a few that come to mind.
Some enjoyed corresponding.
Wish I had stayed with it.
Will start again over at Blowout cards fantasy league TTM auto
I could see Dempsey, Ali, Etc...
That has always been my passion
Sorry I thought you meant autos

Boxing autos are awesome. I have been trying to piece together a partial 1951 Ringside autograph set (some of the boxers on the card were dead when the cards were printed). I'd like to get a Jack Johnson one day.

Over the last decade, I've purchased a lot of slides and negatives from sports photographers and from newspapers whom have digitized all of the originals.
Hiya Joe
Don't collect them as such - as a focus.
Do pick some up as a "companion" to something else that I collect.
Haven't post yet but e.g. I picked up a new service photo to companion with a WS press pass and both press pins from 1972.
Will post down the road - I tend not to post that kind of stuff since I usually get a gaggle of crickets on stuff like that.
