1995 Bowman's Best Blue Refractor Vladimir Guerrero

I picked this card up at the National in Chicago. It is a blazer but not sure how PSA grades these cards based on examples currently on eBay.

Any insight from collectors who have seen this card or possibly even own this card?

I own this card and am very familiar with it. I have never seen a 95 BB Vlad Ref that wasn't supremely challenged from a centering perspective, and I don't care a whit what any flip says. T/B is always plagued. Always. The straight 9 on eBay is no different from the plethora of 9OCs that have popped up in the past year or so; it just so happened to receive a gift of the very generous kind from a grader.

Your copy appears to be more off-centered than most. It has very little room underneath "Bowman's Best" and his name up top is still crossing over the lls in "Louisville," so I hope they don't min size you if you decide to go the grading route.

Regardless, it's the VG card to own; it's far more elusive than his BB base. And seeing as he's (more than likely) about to waltz into the Hall in about half a year, I say solid purchase at the most opportune time.
