Honestly this place is a ghost town with only a handful of posters anymore so every new thread gets noticed. Start more threads, maybe it will get some more interest from the survivors here

Is I am thinking that the tumbling coin market is taking a serious toll on the longtime posters that have shifted from tepid crankiness to outright truculence.
Baseball gets my attention until college football starts. Then it all depends if the Orioles are in the race at all or not. If so, I split my attention. If not, I move onto college football.

I used to follow baseball religiously, but now I look at box scores and often times it's Greek. The appeal is all but gone, unless there's a savory matchup in the postseason.
