How to create a new 'Themed Coins' set?

I'm looking to start a Registry collection to document a unique secondary set of mine (I'm not going to get into too many specifics, but it consists of a certain type of chopmarked Trade Dollar), which does not correspond to any existing sets. I am not sure of the procedures to be followed regarding the creation of an entirely new 'Themed Coins' set; does anyone have any guidance?

You can go to the "Showcase" section of the registry and start any ol' set you want with whatever coins you want. Any amt. too.
