1976 A's Signed Ball

I found this 1976 A's signed ball going through stuff at my mom's house. In 1976, a friend of my dad's who "knew someone" got two Mets and two A's balls for my brother and I. I know nothing about autos, just that I've had this since '76 and always assumed the autos to be legit. Just wondering if any auto experts here can chime in on legitimacy and/or value if it's legit. Best guess as to sigs on ball included.
