Is anyone else having trouble relisting items on eBay?

I have been trying since last night to list or relist items but when you hit the list item button the circle like progress bar just keeps rotating and rotating and never loads the item?

I never relist...i advise you to click sell similar...always works for me
It started working again,,,,,,,,,
