Sports Related Charms

Several years ago at an estate auction I bought a display case of sports related charms. Most are basketball and football but there are quite a few from other sports. Some of the basketball and football ones have things like, CHAMPIONS, COUNTY CHAMPIONS, UNDEFEATED or RUNNER UP on them. They all have a small label with a number on it near the charm. I assume the number has something to do with a charm related catalog. Has anyone here seen charms like this? Are there catalogs for charms? I'm trying to find some info on these.
