without having adelman cry about him stepping over the line on his free throws, for those who dont know, thats when shaq heard about adelman crying about shaq and his free throw shooting, WHEN HE WAS ON THE JOHN!!! LMAO!

    BTW he does step over the line on every free throw attempt. It is a lane violation. The will have to address that this off-season. The ball is half the way to the basket when he steps over. By the rules you have to wait until the ball hits backboard or rim.

    and let me guess, thats why at series right??? i think not, it doesnt mater, its not like shaq is effected by the rule considering he didnt step over the line once too early and he shot pretty good at the FT, so now the kings will have to find something else to cry about image

    He did step over the line every time are you blind. I am not making excuses for the Kings loss but am saying it is something that will have to be fixed in the offseason.

    um..daystar..that rule isnt in the nba rule book. u CAN step over the line one u released the ball. doesnt that make sense? i mean, after u shoot, u can walk to the back and catch a breath or whatever as long as the ball is released already. You DONT need to wait till the ball hits the rim.

    anyways, shaq will average 65-70% on free throws next season and this guy can retire as the most dominant big man to ever play the game. watch out next season, shaq can be deadly inside already as it is and if u foul him, man, he's gonna be a threat from the free throw line also.

    oh yeah, speaking of ft's, what was cwebs % in the conference finals?

    ejones i hate to tell you but there is a rule saying you cant step over the line until the ball hits the rim image The reason that rule was made, was because of Wilt Chamberlin use to just dunk it form the free throw line image

    only the person shooting freethrows has to wait for the ball to hit the rim, the rest of the guys can go in when the ball is released. and yes shaq does break the rule everytime. and no thats not an excuse for the kings losing.
