The photos are not clear enough to really see what wear is there and what may be drawer or wear rub. The left one VF-30/35 and has been dipped. The right one F-15, maybe 20 on a good day. I base most of the readings on the vertical jewels in the crown and the outsides of the leaves.
In PCGS holders I would expect to see EF45 on the left and VF30 on the right. Edwards are notorious for weak / weak looking strikes. The left coin has full ear and jewels on obv with full crown on rev and typical flat leaves. The right one has less detail and maybe some rim nicks which are hard to see.

Not so sure either would get a straight grade. It just might be the images that do not capture the essence of these coins. The one on the left should be within the EF spectrum. The one on the right seems weak and I am not seeing a 30 without an in hand review.

Wear wise, 40 left , 20 right, but left looks cleaned and right may have been in a fire or have other environmental problems.
EF and VF what did ICCS call the one on the right?

Good return on your money from both TPG's. I thought that both were generous.
.

AU 50?? Not going to say no way unless I would see the coin in hand.
But,,, it is an opinion you paid for.
Crown jewels, his jowls and shoulder show wear. I will say again that they were very generous with their grading
