How to fix my signature?

I want to list a link to my registry sets in my signature. Right now I have a link to individual sets but I want a link to all sets. I have a http... link while others seem to have a link based on English words like "My $10 gold set". How do I do this? Also I am worried can edit my set through my link, is this possible?
