I got this signature from Tom in the early 1980's in Columbus, Ohio. I worked at a Shakey's Pizza Parlor while attending Ohio State, he and his pregnant wife came in. He was in town for Jack Nicklaus' Memorial Tournament. $45.00 shipped! Photo available if requested!
