Registry Set question

I added a set (Seung-Yuop Lee Master Set) to My Sets but it is showing as Published: False. What does this mean?

I accidentally added this set twice and "retired" the second one because I didn't see a delete option. When I click on this set it shows the composition but I'm unable to do anything (i.e. add cards I have that match). Before I added the set, it showed all the cards I had that would qualify for the set.

This is what I saw before adding the set. It shows cards available from my inventory that can be added.

This is what I see when I look at my sets (Published: False)

Another page where I can't add anything:

False means that the set is not published and counted. You still have it on your inventory.
to change it get into the editing part of your set and change to rue. Then it will be counted.

    click on psa registry
Then on top left you can drop down to my inventory....my sets......and change things.

All I had to do was click on my ID on same line as the set name. (shakes head in disgust).
