Advise US stamps and albums supplier?

Good day everyone. I am helping my father find a new stamps' supplier in the US (he doesn't speak english). He finds his current one not to be very reliable.
- Missing stamps sets
- Missing slots on the album pages templates
- Mismatched stamps set order and album page slots order,etc..
He would like to find an online store were he could ideally buy both the album pages and the stamps together.
So gentlemen/ladies, would you point me to some good US stamps suppliers?
