Moving cards from one set to another

First of all, I apologize if this has been asked but I can't find the answer anywhere. I've got a small (but growing) FB HOF Rookie set. I also recently added a FB HOF Players and Coaches/Admin set. My question is I picked up a few higher grade cards for the Players and Coaches/Admin set but the Rookies I have of a lower grade are showing in that set. These 2 cards show active inventory that doesn't match my sets but they clearly do (Favre and Elway). What am I missing?

    I tried deleting the rookies and added the non rookies first and they still don't match my sets. I guess this is a question for PSA
