Got $70 Amazon bucks to spend.....Which should I buy?

I can get two 2017 Topps Heritage blaster boxes, $29 a piece (I know it's $10 more than retail)

Or

I can get one 2017 Bowman 24 pack retail box ($69) after throwing in an extra $4 for tax.

I've bought two Heritage retail boxes from Walmart the past few days and yielded mostly commons, some decent players, rookie cards and inserts here and there. Nothing crazy. I was really really hoping for the Aaron Judge rookie card variation.

I've also bought one Bowman blaster box and got a lot of rookies and some cool inserts but again, nothing crazy.

Part of me is wanting to get the Bowman box because I get a lot more inserts I feel. However I really wanna increase my chances of snagging the Judge short print variation. I already have all the Bowman Judge rookie cards I need for now either from my packs or purchases. I would be getting the Bowman box for its inserts.

What would you guys do?
