Home Buy, Sell & Trade - World & Ancient Coins

FSH: Nice, but affordable British (1500s-1700s), Medieval and Ancients of all types

I am trimming down my "personal collection" which has been acquired over the past 15 years. Most were purchased from major Canadian dealers of ancient coins.

Please browse my albums and let me know if anything interests you. Prices on holders are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. On many of them, especially the small size ancients, I have some/a lot of wiggle room.

Coins will be shipped from Canada by Canadapost. Flat rate of $12 CDN within Canada, $16 CDN to the USA (up to $500), $35 to the USA ($500+). Payment in either USD or CDN is fine. Regular Paypal or Paypal gift 3% off the total. Interac Email Transfer also available for Canadian residents (3% off the total). Sales tax applicable to sales shipped to Canadian addresses.

All coins kept in my bank box, so there may be a delay in answer specific questions about particular coins if I can't get the info from the photos provided (eg weights and measurements).

I haven't had an technical issues with photobucket using Firefox or through chrome (mobile app) on my phone.

@Stork What are you using for a browser?

Chrome, and sometimes (rarely) Safari. Plus, I just found the notice they are no longer allowing links unless you spring for one of their extremely pricey plans...you should still be able to link TO them and show off albums, but the third party hosting (like how 99% of all my pictures landed on PCGS prior to the new ability to direct upload are linked).

Have you looked at collective coin for photos? It was bought by Stacks and so far they have kept their mitts off of it so it's still pretty sweet.

To be honest, I find the PCGS forum harder to navigate and use than Photobucket :) Direct linking is nice, but it is easier to browse an album for large numbers of pictures. Plus, they have to get their ad money somehow!

The coin pictures are all in order with the info/price insert following the coin pictures.

Oh, I wouldn't begrudge a few ads, but theirs completely clog my screen and then keep re-opening. Sidebar/banner ads, no big deal. Flashing an ad just as I'm clicking on something so I end up re-directed will make me a bit irritable. Obscuring 70% screen, even moreso.

And, to get my links active and okay, I have a choice between a $100/year plan with restrictions vs. a $300/year plan to make sure everything stays the same. Feels a bit extortionist just to preserve my internet posts. If I had them linked to anything important I'd be furious. Well, that and how they changed the resolution of photos...

Okay, enough sidetracking of your sales thread :).
