Master/Super Set Composition Question

Are the Master/Super Set Composition lists specifically made up of all the graded cards for a specific player currently in the PSA Population Report or are these lists made up of all the cards that PSA considers to be the complete collection of a certain player? What I mean by this is if I start a Set registry for Michael Jordan and have a card of his graded that is not currently in the Pop report would this card get added to the Set Composition list or is this list strictly what PSA considers his complete collection to be?

I'm not to worried about mathematical effects if i start a registry. I know I'll never get anywhere near the top rankings and If I start a registry set its just because I own many MJ cards and it would be cool to see that list and check them off as i get them. I have many of the rarer 80's cards of his that most haven't made it onto PSA's Pop report yet.Once i get them graded and start a registry set,if they add them,great,if not its ok. Thanks for the info.

I have a couple more Set Registry questions i hope someone here can answer.
1. If i start adding cards to a new Set Registry now and in the future decide to send some of my cards to PSA to have old slabs/labels reholdered for the new ones,do I need to remove these cards from my set seeing they'll be out of my possession for awhile?
2. does PSA give a card a new certification number after its been reholdered?
Any help would be appreciated.

1. No, you are still the owner even while out of your possession.
2. No, the same cert number is used on a reholder (reviews too)
