An obvious scam on a Tom Brady BGS auto?

I don't know what scam this guy is playing but it sure as hell looks fishy. This 1st link is the ebay auction for this 2008 Topps NFL Dynasties Tom Brady BGS 9 Auto that sold for $569 to a zero feedback buyer last night.

Then an hour later the same exact graded auto shows up as Buy It Now by a different seller id than the previous buyer or seller.

It looks like both sellers are the same person and he used a new ebay account to outbid the highest bidder so he didn't have to sell this auto for just $559. Should I point this out to ebay?

I did. The 2nd seller cancelled his listing then relisted as an auction for $30 more than he just "paid" for it.

I don't think ebay did anything about it seeing he cancelled that listing and relisted it.

Now he just sold this auto for $500 on best offer when he just "won" it the other day for $569.
