Here's something I haven't seen before- on the PCGS Website the Estimated Turnaround Time for Regular Submissions is 27 days and 23 days for Economy. Are there different graders for Regular and Economy submissions?

More than likely they have more submissions/coins at the regular level than at the economy level.

How do they define turnaround time? Is it just checked in at PCGS - date shipped? Or checked in at pcgs - estimated delivery?
As I understand it the estimated time is from when the order shows up in "Your Orders" until the grades are posted.
My Recent Regular 8 Coin Voucher submission with a Vam Attribution Received May 19 - Shipped 06/16
I assumed it was a typo. I have zero coins in right now so I can't attest, but I am in receipt of a 3 coin regular submission that posted grades on business day 10.
