I think it's Overton 117 (Small Date, Small Letters). Very pretty subtle reddish gold floating over the obverse fields (a couple of shades lighter in-hand, unfortunately it's hard to capture in photographs), reverse has lighter center with darker rims (images are pretty accurate here).
Toning and wear pattern on Liberty's face gives her a great "harlequin" or "masked bandit" look that really pops against the reddish gold tone.
Slab is in great shape, too. Great problem free solid and stable XF40.
