retro label numbers

I've been trying to get numbers for a coin I had graded that I picked out a retro label for. It seems that PCGS doesn't distinguish these retro labels from the standard label which I found surprising. They seem to have a special number assigned to all different kinds of labels. I have been working with Nichole to try and get an answer to a simple question. How many other coins 2017 w Liberty high relief coins have this retro label and it appears they do not track this. Does anyone have a different way to find out this information?
