Registry access problem---ever had one?? HELP!!

I haven't been able to get to my set for awhile. The link is what shows when I try to view it. No response to my e-mail. Any advice? I've been having the same problem on the forum with my icon. It's been deleted and I can't seem to get any response. How do I go about getting someones attention at PCGS regarding web site problems??

I had the same problem one time. I also couldn't access the POP reports and was a paid subscriber. It took a phone call to get it straightened out. My user name and password had been changed for some strange reason. A phone call wouldn't hurt, but don't leave a voicemail--talk to a human being.
