Worth anything?

Is this worth sending off to be certified? It has been printed on both sides. Nice stamp in good condition for its age

Slabbed stamps are the province of investors, not collectors. I don't see investors being interested in that stamp. Condition isn't great and the reverse impression probably comes from being in contact with another stamp for a period of time and not from the printing process itself.

    All glory is fleeting.

In my opinion it looks like the stamp was made with thin paper.... Disregarding the writing on the back, you will have to check and see if 2 different papers were used when this particular stamp was issued.... Personally if you are asking me, i would not waste my time, effort or money because once a stamp is written on, in my eyes it is damaged... OIO
