General ratio of 69 to 70?

Is there a rough estimate as to how many coins will grade at a 69 for each one that receives a 70 for modern minted products?

    The ones that are 70 will grade 70. It's not random.

    Well, the people who submit them in bulk hope for 100% 70's. They act like childish little babies, I know a few, if they don't get at least 10%. I'm not too good at math but I think that works out as 5 70's for every 50 coins - clear? :smiley:
