First off, I think PCGS is tougher on grading the Mint State (not Satin Finish) Presidential dollar coin series. If I am wrong please correct me. So my question is why is the population so low for the Presidential coins in mint state (MS) not Satin Finish (SP) in grades MS68 and higher? Years 2007 through 2010 are tough...

It looks like the pops go up as we get closer to the end of the series..
