It's incredibly off center L/R and T/B, clearly a 9oc at best. I will post a better centered 9oc below that also recently sold. That was a $1100 premium for a worse centered card.

It says "CENTERED LOOKS BETTER". I think he's saying that it would look better if it was centered.
