"CENTERED WITH NO QUALIFIERS!" ...nope. It's a 1995 Bowman's Best Refractor B2 Vladimir Guerrero RC PSA 9 just sold for $1300 (it has been at this level in the past). It's incredibly off center L/R and T/B, clearly a 9oc at best. I will post a better centered 9oc below that also recently sold. That was a $1100 premium for a worse centered card.
