The most interesting thing about this Donald Trump card from 1989 is not that it from the 'Rotten to the Core' set, it is the first line on the back: Donald Trump once remarked that he would be a great U.S. Arms negotiator with the Soviet Union because it "would take an hour and a half to learn everything there is to learn about missiles"
