Crossover question

I've searched and have yet to find an answer as to the price for a crossover sub. Does it directly correlate to the price and tier of the card being submitted? I assume all "crossovers" need to be on one sub. And trust me when I say I've done my research on success rates, etc. when dealing with the crossover process. Thanks for any insight in advance.

Crossovers have to be on one sub if you want to pay one shipping, but you can use specials as well for them. They are the same price as regular submissions.
