Any Chance this is Authentic?

My friend is an auctioneer. He just received a consignment of sports collectibles from an estate. He reaches out to me for info when he comes across vintage sportscards, but I have very limited knowledge in signed items. He sent me these framed pictures and asked my opinion. I have my personal (novice) opinion, but I wanted to reach out to the experts on here before he wastes his time or money on authentication fees.

I don't think anyone can give a valid opinion based on those pictures??
It's the only pics he sent me. But they are hi res images and I am able to zoom in pretty good to the signatures on my laptop. I just don't have the knowledge to spot obvious bad signatures like some of the guys on here
Looks extremely meretricious
I cannot see the Ruth more than this. I dont really like the R. In either case I think you need to tell your friend you're not the expert on this. Honestly, he will be much better off by getting it authenticated at PSA for $200-250 and then auction it. I don't think anyone can safely bid based on your opinion or any of ours and the bidding would be a shade higher too.
I hope it is real.
Based on that ironclad certificate of authenticity, how could it possibly be anything but genuine? /s
I would have to say no, needs PSA as those certificates and $2 will get you on the bus
send to psa
I don't like the Ruth at all. Every letter looks bad to me.
Edited to add:
I just looked closer at the Johnson, and I don't like it either. The W is missing the first half of the letter, and the J is shaped wrong.

I wonder if that "return promise" from 1999 is still valid?
Both bad

Yes, the frame, photo and Perez Steele postcards are all authentic.
Thanks guys. That's kinda what my thoughts were as well. Definitely saved my friend from wasting time and money sending to PSA
