Information about a former Minor League Baseball card website.

Does anyone recall a fairly prolific MiLB card site ran by Mark Sunada and if so, do you know Mark or how to contact him?

Thanks for the link; I'm specifically looking for Mark because he had an obscure Frank Thomas card I'd like to purchase, a stadium giveaway with a print run of 1000 given out by the Charlotte Knights. It is a lenticular card sponsored by Harris Teeter and Kellogg's featuring Frank in a White Sox uniform from one angle, and a Knights uniform in the other. The image was taken during a 2 game rehab stint in 2005. The card is commonly called:

    2007 Kellogg's Charlotte Knights Lenticular

In anyone has a lead, on Mark or this card, I'd be grateful.

I think I found the brother card to this last year in Cal Ripken. Would also like a copy of the Thomas card myself, but they seem to be ghosts. Seems many of these MiLB SGAs follow the same path for some reason. Probably were a bunch sold in 2007, right after the game, then crickets.

If you go to the team stores they usually have team sets in stock.

That is a good thought, but anything scarce or highly sought after is not likely going to be sitting in a Minor League team store. It's always worth a try though. you never know.

I'd guess like any organization, once the merchandise gets out of date, they just want it gone. They'll probably start with an in stadium discount or if they have a website, a discount there. At some point they would probably sell it in bulk or give it away as promotional prizes. This is just a guess on my part, but there is limited room for most minor league clubs (MLB too I suppose) and most fans would probably are less about team sets that are as new as 2-3 years earlier.
