Thanks in advance for your opinions!

A 3.5 or 4 why not? I'd send that one in.

Is it me, or are all four borders stained on the front?
Very nice Mick though, good luck on review.

It looks like it may have a decent chance of bumping. It may depend on how visible the stains are with the card in hand. If the scan shows them lighter than they look in hand, then your chances my decrease significantly.

I would think not due to centering

My thought on bumps are the card needs to meet 2 out of 3 criteria. 1) Strong Centering 2) Corners (Better looking than the grade) 3) image quality for the grade is strong
Centering is not great so no on #1. As far as corners they show some rounding and represent well for a PSA 3 so you could say yes on for 2) 3) Image quality would be great if it was not for the staining but as far as PSA 3's go that is a very nice looking image.

Centering is the #1 thing that helps get a bump so that is a big strike against but the other two criteria look better than your average PSA 3 card.

It has a shot and I think it comes down to how much the staining is factored in by the grader.

Good luck if you go for it and keep us posted. Nice looking card for the grade in my opinion.

The scan above has been heavily doctored compared to the scan in the recently closed Ebay auction. Top left corner, heavy staining. Buy the card...not the scan.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure I would say "heavily doctored" as I used the default scan settings and auto-corrected the scan. The staining is evident on both the scans in the Ebay auction and the scan above. Perhaps my scans are a bit bright, but the photos in the Ebay auctions are dark, tilted and poor quality. I'll re-do the scan and get a more true image. Thanks to everyone else for the feedback!
