FS: 1818 Bust Quarter NGC VF35 B-1 (I think)

I think this coin is a Browning-1 (1818/5), but it is VERY hard to discern the underlying "5", so it could possibly be a B-3. Even original toning. $990 delivered USPS Priority, PP F/F preferred. Pics below. PM if interested.

Based on the PCGS CoinFacts pics, the features that make me think it is the B-1 are 1) the closed loop on the 5 of 25 C., 2) that there is something in the upper loop of the last 8, and 3) there is a bump on the upper-right portion of the bottom loop of the last 8. I cannot see any sign of the vertical staff of the underlying 5 on the right side of the last 8. Also, many of the B-1's appear to have clash marks and denticles, esp. on the reverse, similar to this coin.
