PCGS PR64 Cameo 1861-A German States Prussia Wilhelm I Proof Thaler. KM489 "Small Head" but mislabeled as KM471 by PCGS. KM489 is much rarer and only has three examples certified, with the highest in PCGS PR64. If the label were corrected this coin would be top pop as a PR64CAM and the only one with a cameo designation. Only one certified KM489 proof, a PCGS PR64, has recently sold in auction - it was auctioned on two separate occasions by Heritage and on both occasions realized over $1100 including buyer's premium.
